Easy to grow. Valued for it's large, crisp, sweet and juicy tubers. Delicious in salads and can be cooked, dehydrated to make a tasty sweet treat. Also can be juiced, and boiled down to make a sweet syrup. Yacon contains inulin which can support gut health through it's prebiotic effect, feeding our friendly gut flora.
3 -5 T each depending on size.
